The company is built by a team of leading members from Xerox and Atos Origin with vast experience in Business and Technology Consulting. It is based in Hagen, on the west of  the Grand Duché de Luxembourg, and it is privately owned with no external shareholders.

Villmond is currently part of the "Réseau d'Innovation Technoport" (the Technoport is the first technology incubator of Luxembourg, an initiative of the Public Research Centre Henri Tudor), which gives us access to a extense network of resources and partners.
